As The Blackline Studio's business administrator and developer, Nicole excels at builder/ developer care, coordination, and business management. With over 20 years experience in both the development and sales aspect of real estate, she holds Responsible Real Estate Broker, Employing Level Real Estate Broker, and Managing Broker level licenses. She has taught contract law.

Working closely with builders and developers in Colorado and Georgia, she is adept at navigating water rights acquisition, planning and zoning, land acquisition, pre-sale marketing, marketing and feasibility studies, target marketing, and construction loan requests through to final sale. It's this real estate development/sales and marketing experience and her professional approach to our clients' projects that builders and developers appreciate.

Nicole also understands and is experienced in today's construction lending market and its demands. She has originated and processed several construction and SBA loans. What this means for our clients is, unlike other firms, we intimately know what your construction loan process and draw schedules will involve. We carefully explain the process and tailor our proposals and invoicing to fit your needs.
